The
following terms and conditions will apply to your booking.
- The person named as the
party leader will be wholly responsible for the members of his / her
party.
- A contract will come
into action once we issue you with your written confirmation documents.
- The balance of the
holiday must be paid in full 42 days prior the holiday commencement. If
the booking is made within this time then full payment is required on
request.

*Failure to settle the holiday balance by the due date will result in
loss of all holiday entitlements.*

A non refundable deposit of £60.is required
when booking your holiday. This will hold your reservation and be
deducted off your holiday balance.
*Please note- no reservation is held without this
deposit.

Indemnity bond of £50.-
This will be forwarded onto you once your holiday has ceased
providing there has been no loss or damage to both the caravan and its
contents and you leave the caravan in the pristine condition in which
you found it.
- Your
arrival time will be stated on your passes form. All departures must
have vacated the caravan by 10.00am in order for ourselves to get the
caravan ready for the next occupants.
- Our
caravan is intended to be used by families only. We are unable to accept
booking for groups of young people of mixed or single sex under the age
of 21 yrs, or single sex parties of any age.
- No
pets are allowed in the caravan under any circumstances, (except
for guide dogs). If you
are found to have a pet with you, you will be asked to leave immediately
without any refund. In addition to this you will be sent a bill for the
full spring clean of the caravan and any additional cleaning required.
- We the
owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at anytime due
to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies
paid by yourself. In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the
rental for the caravan, we will also attempt to refund any monies paid
for fun works passes but this we can not guarantee as this will be up to
the parks discretion.
- We the
owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property or
damage suffered by the hirer or any member of his /her party during your
stay.
- All
information is given in good faith but no warranties are made regarding
information provided, written or oral.
- We the
owner and / or our representatives retain the right to enter our caravan
at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the
caravan or any equipment with your consent.
- Once your
holiday confirmation has been made should you wish to change this, a fee
of £25 will incur and this will be subject to availability.
- Customers
are asked not to bring privately owned electrical appliances to the
caravan as they may trip the caravans fuse box, if customers do so they
use the equipment at their own risk.
- All
electrical and gas appliances in the caravan are tested once a year this
is for your own protection.
- Guest are
requested not to smoke inside the caravan.
- All guests
are expected to behave in a reasonable manner. Presthaven sands reserve
the right to terminate your holiday immediately should any member become
a nuisance to others. We the owners hold no responsibility for such
actions.
- Any
malicious caused to the caravan/contents legal action may be taken.
- Privilege
passes – all holiday makers names are registered at the park itself .
These can be picked up on arrival from the reception desk. These passes
allow full use of all the entertainment and activities going on in the
park.
We the owners do
not accept responsibility
for any changes made to the entertainment programme / facilities as this is
arranged by Presthaven sands themselves.
We
the owners would like you and your party members to have a comfortable and
enjoyable stay. If you require any further information please do not
hesitate to ask.
We
will do our utmost to assist any sensible requests but are very sorry we
can not guarantee these.
We
the owners attempt to maintain at all times the highest possible standards.
With this in mind in event of any complaint, fault or breakages occurring
whilst during your stay, this must be brought to the attention of us the
owners via the reception or telephone us direct. This must be done
immediately so that we can investigate and attempt to solve the issue as
soon as possible. Request for compensation will NOT be considered once your
holiday as ended.
